Overview
The Profiles feature provides detailed insights into individual visitors who have participated in your VWO Testing, Insights, Rollouts, or Personalize campaigns. It captures visitor properties, triggered events, session recordings, and survey responses, giving you a clear picture of who your visitors are and how they interact with your website.
Accessing Profiles
To access the Profiles feature:
- Log in to your VWO account.
- From the main menu on the left, go to Data360 > Profiles. The page displays a list of visitor UUIDs, with the most recent visitors shown first.
-
Click on a UUID to view details.
Clicking a UUID opens the visitor’s profile on the right, displaying their attributes, triggered events, session recordings (web or mobile, based on their plan), and survey responses.
NOTE: The profile's details section includes tabs for Segments, Metrics, and Funnels, which are part of planned features and will be available in a future release. - To facilitate collaboration and analysis, you can share a visitor’s UUID with your team. Use the Copy icon to quickly copy the UUID and share it. Team members with access to the Profiles section can enter the UUID into the search bar to locate and view the corresponding visitor profile.
From the visitor’s profile, you can study and analyze their corresponding attributes, events, session recordings, and survey responses as follows:
